3 Step System for a Stronger “Mindset”

Step 1: Ask yourself a question… Is what I am eating really feeding me or is it feeding off me too..? The challenge with a lot of mental breakdown is the the information that is being received and the source of it. We are bombarded with news, television programming, advertising and the list goes on and on… However, is it really feeding you or feeding off you..?

Step 2: Answer the question… The most powerful question you can ever have is with …”YOU”!!! Be honest with you because you can’t fool yourself..lol! If the answer to your question is not what you like then you change it…Period!

Step 3: Change the ANSWER… You allowed for the answer to come inside your mind and you and only you have the ability to remove it and place another answer inside it.
